Only the Radio Plays!!! HELP!

I got my zune a few months ago, everything worked fine. I updated the software from zune.net, after that, everything went wrong. On the computer it said 26 GB's used there are only 944 songs and 144 pictures. I deleted all the pics, and videos. Still continued to say 26GB used. When i play the music the first few seconds play then it shuts off, this happens for all the music. The podcasts i had say item missing or cannot be played. I really need help!! The only thing that plays is the radio. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!!

1. Do a hard reset(deletes content+firmware).
2. Resync all content.

Go to Options and Device, then set Reserved Space to 1%.

If neither of the above work, always go to the last resort.

It should work fine to do a complete system wipe and reinstall, if it dosnt just take it back to whereever you bought it wal-mart and target dont have any problems doing an even exchange.

or try downgrading to a previous firmware, reset everything on your computer or uninstall, reinstall and then try reinstalling the new firmware on your zune

yea u dont want to call MS unless u really have to, there have been alot of bad stories with their exchanging and refunds of zunes
go to the store u bought from instead if the above don't work
