ebay the way the zune is designed replacement of parts is very simple but try the ms way first because if you replace it by your self you will void the warranty

eBay, get a replacement, or call Micro$oft.

How'd the screen break?

Microsoft will not fix broken screens. It says so on their warranty.

Try this go to walmart or target buy a zune that is exactly like the one you have with a broken screen, go outside swap the boxes and go back say " I just bought this thing and the screen is broken I want my money back!"

Its dishonest I know but I hate walmart and they deserve it for the way they treat their employees.

That's exactly what I'd do. I'd rather get a replacement from the store than wait for M$ to replace it if they could.

My cousin does the same thing and it works sometimes...well at least it did for him. Well yeah dito if you didn't get warranty from the store you bought it from...your screwed! I'm sorry to say it but you are. Besides actually buying a screen off ebay and manually doing it yourself, which let me tell you is pretty hard and you might break your zune internally on accident. Since Microsoft's warranty only covers internal zune problems and not cosmetic damage like your screen problems, you can't get a refund/replacement from them. You can try and persuade customer support but I really doubt it can work. Either buy a new zune or live with the crack or try and it fix it yourself. Sorry to hear about your cracked screen, good luck with your problem!
