Separate problem--converted videos not syncing

I'm using Media Converter SA to convert .flv to .wmv and storing the files on an external HD. But when I try to sync them with the Zune, it's giving me this error message "Can't find the item. It might have been moved, renamed, or deleted." ???????

I first started doing this with YouTube videos about 2 or 3 weeks ago. I downloaded dozens of Radiohead videos and converted them to .wmv, but only a handful of them would sync with the Zune, for some reason. Now, I can't get any videos to sync at all. I'm not terribly technology savvy, so dumb down your answers (and/or questions). LOL

Try re-syncing them and are you running as Administrator?

Pardon my utter daftness but how can I tell if I'm running as Administrator? (I am in Windows... is it different in Zune?)

I would try uninstalling and reinstalling.

If you have vista try right clicking the zune desktop icon>run as administrator.

Yeah, what Greg said. Sorry for the late response. Does anyone else use your computer? You need to sign in as an Administrator. If no one else uses it you should be already Admin.
