Error Code- Device not responding

I'm currently helping out a friend, and fixing his red zune. I have tried resetting the device, I have re-installed the firmware, everything syncs at like, 2 miles per hour, gets 1 song done, then give me this error.

Its not the software, my other zune works fine.

I have updated the drivers as well as check for windows updates.

Any help?

Try formatting again, if that dosen't work call Zune Support.
