Zune won't sync some songs - Page 2

what version of the zune syncing software are you running? I might have an Idea, something similar was happening with my 30. the problems first arose when I ran the initial cd version of the software, pre 1.4 firmware.. and it actually worked pretty good but videos synched real slowly and music sometimes didn't sync for some error code most likely the same one, but I can't remember... anyway after the software updates to the latest version with the 2.3 firmware, all my music has synced (if not automatically, at least after dragging files / folders onto the software's music page) without any errors... so what version of the zune software do you use? (obviously if you can wirelessly sync, then you're using a zune 2 software and I don't know but at least try dragging your music files one at a time onto the music page of the zune 2 sync software.

I'm going through the same, since I deleted everything from my Zune 30 Device, there are about 350 songs and 14 videos that I can't sync. I have the latest version of the Zune software & firmware, and on the Status part of the Zune Software, there are 350 songs on Not Added and there are on the library. What Can I do??

me too...and the songs appear on the Not Added (350)!

Just added a few songs to my library and my count is up to 153 not synced.

Anybody figured this out yet???

What worked for me was to re install the Zune Software and delete the contet from the device. Now mi Zune works perfectly well as it used to

I would say that if nothing else works, try clearing your zune software's cache, in the settings page, and then move all your music files to another location and try dragging them all into the music page of the zune software, and then while the zune is connected, try selecting them all and dragging them into the zune icon.

zune software blows
just my 2 cents

deleting everything works but my updated tags arent uploading to zune...going to just use something else to upload songs to my zune device

what else will you use to sync to your zune? the zune won't work with any other software unless you hack the software and install patches.

i dunno...havnt gotten that far yet haha...ill figure something out. gotten tired of messing with my library and just got a new car so ive been distracted haha.

if anybody is having problems with this still...what worked for me is uninstalling zune from the comp...deleting everything from the zune...moving my music library somewhere else...making sure all the tags were the way i wanted them...then:

reinstall zune
set sync folder to new location of music
should work fine from there
