[SOLVED] My Zune is stuck on!

I have pressed the play/pause button as it says in the manual, but it won't turn off. It seems to be stuck.

Have you tried Back Button+Down Button?

You need to also make sure you don't have the lock button on (I've made that mistake a few times).
