Default Organizing Music Files

I was wondering if the Zune software can organize music files like iTunes does (i.e. renaming the files and putting them in folders by artist name and album). I've been using the two programs simultaneously in order to keep my music organized via iTunes and then playing and syncing with Zune, but I would really like to get rid of iTunes and this PITA process. I have a feeling it's something really simple and I'm just missing it in the options. I tried doing a quick search on the forums and couldn't come up with anything. Help would be greatly appreciated ;D

I know a free program, called Media Monkey, that organizes your music, VERY WELL.

Ya. If anyone happens to use itunes, 'consolidate library' organizes all your music by artist/album in the itunes folder.
