ZUNE NOT TURNING ON!!!

i plug in USB to comp. and it shows the black screen with the white power cord icon and so i pulled it out like 20 mins later to listen to some quick tunes. but screen froze and i had to leave. come back home 8 hrs later screen is blank plug into laptop USB and nothing comes up. not even like zune not detected. NOTHING. blank screen. plug into 360 nothing happens..BLANK!! when i plug it in i feel it getting warmer and i dont have it near heat sources and also when i put my ear up to the zune i can hear something going on like a little motor so i know its getting powr.

that's should spell out 1-800-get-zune

well.. before you call support, make sure that the battery drains all the way.
to do that
make sure the hold switch is off... then press random buttons... then come back in an hour, then press a whole bunch of random buttons, repeat that process untill you get the battery icon... and if you never get it, then call zune support.

also, before that, try to reset your zune, hold back and up for at least 3 seconds.

if neither of the later two of the three work, then call the support.
