Cucusoft & WMEncoder problems

It seems that I can no longer convert avi's using either one of these two programs.

Errors as I get them:
Cucusoft- CoCreateInstance Error/ Initialize Video render for video graph failed. I have downloaded every codec on the cucusoft site with no avail.

WMEncoder 9- Invalid or currupt data was encountered (0xC00D002F)

I have a mother load of movies that have always worked just fine in avi format, some for years on many computers, now I can't get em to work in WMV for my zune..

get the k-lite codec pack full version
if that doesn't fix the codec problem pm me

Yes get k-light codec pac, but also get winavi with serial number to convert
