Zune Software wont let me sign in!

ive tried restarting the computer and uninstalling reinstalling the software but nothing changes

when i open the zune software program it goes to the marketplace so oviously it knows i have an internet connection

so i click the sign in button at the top put in my email and password and click sign in

its shows the circle thingy and says signing in

5seconds later it goes straight to this message

WTF I AM CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET!!!

i tried to call support but that thing is a joke so does anyone know what might be going on wrong here???

If you havent already, consider turning off you firewall and your anti virus auto protect.

Also, if that is XP Media Center edition I heard there was some problems or something but I dont know anything about it and it can probably be resolved if it has to do with the OS.

Ill keep a look out.

I had the same problem. What worked for me was I had to have the IE open. I use AOL for my internet but still need to open the explorer in order to not get that error code.

I had a similar problem, does it say "not available in your area" or something. dont know why its like this, if anyone could shed some light for me

same thing here...all it says for me is "An Unknown Error Occurred"
