error help please

my computer had a virus so i had to reload everything now i am getting two differnt errors one is the 10113 code and i followed what t do on the zune site for hat error and it didnt work and i also am getting the error flash not installed HELP

10113 seems to refer to missing DRM licenses. Are these tracks downloaded off the marketplace? If so, here's a support article: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929642

You may need to uninstall/reinstall the software.

yes that is where i went to after doing everything they did on that page i clicked to the link for the upgrade and the button ont that page wont load and yes i did uninstall and reinstall the zune software 3 times

So... the tracks ARE downloaded off the marketplace? Can you re-download them?
