[SOLVED] Video syncing problem

Hi, i just got my zune a couple of days ago. when i first hooked it up to my computer it synced the videos fine. Now i just got some new ones and ive already converted them to WMV but it just wont sync. it converts them but does not sync. and when its syncing on the zune it just says connected.

All help is appreciated.

I've had this problem before I just turned off the Zune and re-synced and it worked. So try turning off the Zune (Holding back and down).

ok i tried that but it didnt help at all. i got an error as usual. it was this

"Zune software cannot sync the file because an error occurred while converting the file to another quality level or format. If the problem persists, remove the file from the list of files to sync."

I clicked on web help but it told me to remove it from my library and sync list. is there anyway i can change it so i can get it on my zune??

You say you have it in wmv. Any ideas as to the spec's on that wmv?

um yeah a little bit. bit rate- 264 kbps, 320 x 240 pixels, and its 6 mb.

what are u using to convert the videos because at some point u moved somthing or ur settings are all wrong

i used freez flv to avi mpeg wmv converter. ive been looking at some others though. any suggestions?

i have a couple cucsoft newest version super and avivo the cracked version

are you using the cracked version of cucsoft. i tried the trial and loved it. if you are using it id like the link.

yeah i didnt read the whole thread but i got it to work. i converted a video to .mp4 but my zune program is stuck on 2 % while converting it.

You're going to want to convert it directly to wmv. I think it's got a zune preset on there, and I'd just use that.
