marketplace- I can't sign in

I love my zune, and the software is ok, BUT I CANT USE MARKETPLACE. one of the main reasons I got this was good integration with subscription service!

Problem: I skipped entering sign in data the 1st time I ever installed the software. Following that, I have been unable to register (I'm supposed to be prompted to due so if I click the 'sign in' button at top, but this button does't work.

Attempt #1: I tried uninstalling the zune software, then reinstalling. stupidly of me, this erased the preloaded media (which i liked!) as I set the computer as a home library again (because the zune thought it was a different computer, I suppose). DIDN'T WORK

any suggestions??

Call the Zune Tech Support ASAP. http://www.zune.net/en-US/support/contactsupport/

I'm sure they know more than we do.
