Default Certain mp3 files unable to FF / Rewind

Hi. I would appreciate any help that anyone could provide. I am currently trying to diagnose why certain mp3 files would be different from others in terms of the ability to fast forward / rewind while playing them.

I have two zunes and on both zunes the same problem with the same files exist. I have wiped one and installed new firmware also. On top of that the zune seems to be able to fast forward/rewind other mp3s fine just not these specific files.

If anyone is up to the challenge please go to (lsmradio.com/audio/john) and where it shows a download arrow save that file to your computer then to your zune. I think you will find that once uploaded to your zune it will not fast forward or rewind accurately. At first it may seem to work fine but play the same file on your computer and you will quickly realize that by fast forwarding two minutes on the zune is equivalent to about 4 minutes when playing this with windows media player. These podcasts are all about 25 minutes in length but if you try to fast forward more than 12 minutes into this file it will not allow you go any further and if you play it around the 12 minute mark you are quite nearly at the end of the pod cast. Rewinding creates unpredictable results as well.

I know the problem is with the way these files were recorded somehow. If anyone can enlighten me I wouls appreciate it.
