Can anyone tell me why I'm getting this msg when I plug the HD to my computer. I've installed the software twice and still does the same thing, this is really disappointing, I'm ready to take it back and exchange it for an Ipod, thank you.

not a zune error, thats a computer error

i had a similar problem. heres what i did to fix it (using vista). click on start, and in the search bar type in msconfig. then when the window opens, click on the services tab. scroll down and make sure anything zune related is turned on/started/enabled... whatever the case may be.
