Hi, I found and have been searching your board for answers as a could-be Zune owner. I have some questions I haven't found addressed anywhere despite looking high and low, so don't be suprised if I ask a Zewbie query or two.

I've read the rules. I'll reread and research before I post.

Idk bout all the stuff your saying, but you got a legit point with the robotic responses, I swear most people just copy/paste responses...
