So I happened on this site when I was looking for help on fixing my zune. I got he 4 Gb model, and ran into some problems with it. Actually had to downgrade the software. Then I tried to upgrade the software..but it says it's already updated....annoying. I'm currently unzooning everything in hopes that it will work. Wish me luck!
