Hi, Just got 2nd Gen 80GB
So far so good, seems great! Got most things figured out and organised. Need to find out what the detailed specs of the video format the Zune software wants so as to avoid it wanting to convert on sync every time.

Congrats, and I've been trying to figure out the same thing with my zune... I hate having to convert when I sync.
