Talking Zewbie looking for information

Hello everyone,

I just purchased a Zune last week for a business trip I had to go on. Im having two significant problems, freezing problems and syncing problems. The syncing isnt that back to complain about but when I went on travel it froze alot. Anyways, since I am an amateur with the Zune, is there anything that can be recommended besides the software to put movies on my zune, which I plan on downloading soon. Anything cool or a neccesity (in some peoples eyes). Thanks for the information.

Do a hard reset, uninstall with unzoone, and reinstall with the full package.

More questions:
1)How do I do a hard reset?
2)Will I lost all my music with a hard reset?
3)What is unzoon? Is it for my pc or zune?

Thanks guys!

1)You restart ur zune(Back+UP) or shut it off(back+down) and then turn it on
when you see the boot screen with the logo, press and hold back+left+center
2)Yes it will delete your music and firmware
3)unzoone is in Gregory's Sig
It completely uninstalls zune software, so for ur pc
