Hello everyone

Well I am new to this site. I bought a Zune80 at Target on Friday. So far, I keep getting error message C00D124D every time I try to sync my music over (~17 GB). I am planning on wiping this Zune and returning it for another. I really like the form factor, software, and everything about the Zune, so I'm hoping the message will be gone on the next Zune and I can carry on using it like normal.

to zB.. you can try reseting the zune by button combo.. or delete everything including firmware with button combo to see will it work.. then if it doesn't.. return/exchange it..

Yeah I am going to give it one or two tries. I'm just frustrated right now because when I spend $250 on something, I expect it to work right without troubleshooting.

I wish I could help you, but I'm not all too tech savvy. Plus, I've never had any problems with my 30. Regardless, I'm sure someone will be by with good advice.
