Coming from a Toshiba Gigabeat MES30W which gave me a lot of headaches and folowed by exchanges, three in number, I can say I`m pretty satisfied with the 80 gb zune. Two things I hate: can`t create playlists on pc and upload yet, and
when kept in pocket doesn`t click well next song , it takes 3-5 clicks to do it.

What do you mean you can't create playlists on the PC? It's totally do-able!

Welcome to the forums. I also had the gigabeat. I hated how it kept deleting itself out of nowhere.
