Just got my first zune black 80g and its so far so good. Like the huge screen but meh trying to figure out how to convert or make some of my video files(avi ogm mkv) work on this(wen it comes to video files and converting i am to newb at it lol) so any support will help but hey its a learning experience =) other than that this thing is awesome. Hopefully i can fit in this community since i am more of a lurker ^.^;

Hey man welcome to the boards. I personally use the cucusoft zune video converter suite for video, it works pretty nicely for me.
