Got my $99 black zune30 from woot yesterday. Had trouble getting the usb to recognize it. After two worthless hours on tech support I figured out the problem with usb-lib. I searched the help forums here and didnt come across my problem, so, unless sombody knows that this has been posted in help already I will post my solution so that nobody else will have to deal my what I did.

Fixed my problem by removing usb-lib from the add/remove in control panel. Works like a charm.
