How to delete information before selling a Zune

Hi I'm New I am planning on selling my zune and i am wondering how to erase personal information, (ex. zune social acc., personal info given to register zune.) Any help will be appriciated, Thanks

P.S. I also still have my warranty, so am i able to transfer the warranty to the buyer?
