Zune error wont let me open software

Every time I download the software from the website and when it fully downloads n I try 2 launch it it says the following error "This application has failed start because mscoree.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem" has any1 else had this error be4 n if so how did u solve PLEASE reply back

P.S. I already tried 2 delete the software and re-install but same thing happens

i've not seen any other devices so user unfriendly. what a mess is it? 100000 problems when attepting to install software. it also affects the system also. wt if it is installed......it takes too long to put something in...rrrrrrrrrrrrr

Remove it with UnZoone and reinstall the correct software.
