Yes a Newbie here..I was wondering is there any software or anything to increase the sound..I do not use earbuds but the earohones that you wear over the ears from the back..Seems I could never wear the buds

20 is the highest the Zune can go. The only other thing you could do is buy better headphones that have a volume control built in to amplify the volume.
But if 20 isn't too high, you must've screwed your hearing.
