^^^i don't think it is possible. just wait until it finish loading next time
 or maybe there might be an option.. when you edit, go advance, theres a button say delete post, but not sure if it is working for regular users.

This may or may not work for you since you're a regular member.
Try hitting Edit on the post in question. Once the quick edit comes up, hit Go Advanced. If it works, there should be a box that says something like Delete This Post or something. If it doesn't work, you can report it, explaining the issue, and a staff member will take care of it. EDIT: Heh, runto got it.

Yeah, you can't delete. The alt text is static and doesn't update based on permissions
edit: I changed it so it only says Edit now to avoid confusion. This is the second time someone has been confused about it
