How Do I Get Off of Forum Post Notification?

I'm being driven crazy by endless posts on a forum I was in months ago and can't find a way to terminate it. Please help! S

Thought about that but didn't know if it would affect all replies from Zuneboards...some I want. You would think there would be an easy-to-find unsubscribe link.
