Hi, I'm new here and I just bought a black Zune 8.
Now, seeing as my brand new Zune now has a small scratch on the matte finish, I'm thinking of getting an IS (full body).
Hopefully someone (or some people) can answer these questions. Thanks, -Ertai |

It covers the whole thing but the pad I think.
It's flat and clear, no bumby texture (though I've never seen it in person). I don't think it does. I think it would actually make it easier. I would think so.

uhh..the zune might scratch, but it'll still work fine. The case is more trouble than it's worth if you ask me...If you really care about keeping it shiny and such though, I suggest making/buying a leeve it will fit into weel and being careful about screen and such when it's in use.
I'm against constantly on sleeves and such, because although they keep the player from getting dirty, they get dirty themselves and result in similar problems to a dirty/scratched player, and ussually end up with similar functionality to a sleeve after long enough use...they're good to keep the player itself in good condition if you plan on selling it, but I don't think that's your intention.
