A friend wants to buy a Zune but does not have internet, will he have a problem?

ya he wont be able to download the software. other than that no

He can't get the softwares.
He can still own the Zune. But he can't use it.

Be a pal and download it for him. The only problem he may run into is the fact that it searches for updates before installing.

Ergo, I'd download SZIP off this website instead of using the official installer
