new to zune

i just got a 30g zune and loaded about 800 song (so far) but on more than a few songs there is a bump or skip about 12 seconds in / its not on the disc or from the rip. any clue?
also i heard that if you share with other users you can only listen to the song 3 times and it deletes. True?

Yes, when you share songs, you can only listen to them up to three times, though now you can add your friends' zune cards onto your zune, and if you have a zune pass, you can purchase whatever they've listened to recently right from your zune.

As for the skipping, I'm not sure what's going on there. I've never had that problem. My apologies, I cannot help you there, though I'm sure someone who can will be along.
