Looking for Friends

Hey everyone, I have had my Zune for a little while now and had a couple of simple questions.
I was just wondering how to go about building my friend list and trading or discussion music through Zune social.
I was also wondering how to send messages to people once they become friends.

I like all sorts of music. I love the Grateful Dead, Widespread Panic, Allman Brothers, RailRoad Earth. I like underground types of Hip Hop....Brother Ali, Sage Francis, Apathy, Eyedea, Atmosphere, Blueprint.....I like old r and b and soul....Marvin Gaye, Sam Cooke, Lionel Richie, Barry White...and newer stuff Brian McKnight, Usher...anyone with talent..... Also a big blues fan...old and new.....BB King, Bobby Bland, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Buddy Guy, Robert Johnson, Howlin Wolf, Lighting Hopkins,...
