Deleting music from the Zune

OK-- I give up. I am ready to call in the local TV station, and dump this Zune80 into the East River in full view of the camera. This nice MP3 player has the WORST software I have ever encountered in my 35 years of using computers and consumer electronics.
Now all I am trying to do it clear the music from the Zune's memory, so I could try to reload it with an updated and re-edited music collection. I have tried everything that had been mentioned here and on other sites, but to no avail.
HOW DO I CLEAR THE ZUNE OF ITS CURRENT MUSIC COLLECTION? The key combinations do not work, the DELETE from the ZUNE software does not work, the hacked patch does not work, the re-synching does not work. Where is my ARCHOS?
Help, please.

Hey did u try to erase al you music from u computer? well i just noticed but wen u conect u zune and it sync it will erase all the music is not on your collection, that work for my the last time. There is another way, have u seen the little hearts just put a broken heart on all and the sorftware will erase that song.
