What should i do with compilation albums?

ok, ill try to be clear about what im talking about here:

lets say i have an artist, Armin Van Buuren for example. Now, Armin has about a dozen compilation albums and at the same time, several artist albums/singles etc. so, when im browsing artists and click on Armin Van Buuren, both his own work and the compilation albums come up,so shuffling would pick random songs that wouldnt be necessarily his. So, i dont want his artist tab to have the compilation albums in there, but i would still like to associate his name as the compilation album mixer..any ideas on what i should do?
