[SOLVED] 3 Play Rule: Ways to get around it

Ok I was wondering when I play a song three times that someone has sent to me from their zune to mine, can I change to the settings on it to a podcast to keep it? Or do I have to do that before it has already expired play? Also what if the song that I was sent isn't available for purchase on the marketplace? These are just some questions that I've had for a while.

I pretty sure u gotta change it to podcast before it expires or else it wont work
and what do u mean by what if its not available in the marketplace?

The person that sends the music to you would have had to change it to the genre "Podcast" before they sent it to you.

It doesn't matter if the marketplace has the music or not.

ok thanks you guys I believe that answered all my questions. And what I meant is what if I sent someone a mixtape that one of my friends that's a DJ puts out. after he plays those songs to the limit, he won't likely be able to get that album on marketplace.

if your friends a DJ he should be able to make cd's
