does any one know softwear that will link up with the zune and put on and take off files to the zune that is not offerd by zune because there soft wear is so picky will see some avi files and not others and no way to refresh to make shure it see's all the files in the places were you chouse to keep files to put on the zune and it will not look in sub files so is there a better way to load and unload with zune?

no, there is no software besides mainly the zune official software.

To convert the files I recommend Prism Video converter (do a google search or PM me). It converts videos fast and with high quality. Set the settings on it to .WMV for the video format, 512kbs for the video, Windows media video 8, 128kbs audio, and Windows media audio 9.2.

Until the most recent Zune software update, I was using zAlternator and MediaMonkey to sync audio. Just from playing around with the update though, I think I may come back because of the MAJOR improvements to meta tagging.
As far as video conversion, I use Windows Media Encoder. Yes, it comes from Microsoft, but it is free and it works. |
