Help transfering songs

How to I transfer songs from my Zune to my computer? I just uploaded the software, but I'm unable to move the songs from my zune to the collection on my computer.

You can do a reverse sync. In the software, drag songs from your zune device to where you want them.

Does that little brown computer image come up in the left hand corner when you look at the songs?
