Deleting of Content

How do you keep the new zune software from automatically deleting items off of the zune? This happens with files that aren't on my computer anymore, but not with all of them. WTF?

when you plug in your zune, click on device and tell it to take songs from the zune and put them in your library

In the Zune Software,

Settings>Software>Device> Forget this device, then choose guest.
