I am a new Zune user. I have songs, videos on my zune that are not in my computer and that I did not download. Can I get rid of them? Jennifer

I'm guessing pre loaded content -- just format the zune to loose that (but you'll have to sync everything back afterwards) or (not 100% about this because I format as soon as i took mine out the box) delete the content from the zune sftware.
