Ez Question about Ripping

Ok so i bought Family Guy vol. 3 & 4 yesterday. I am planning on Backing it up

. I don't mind sharing it, but i dont have a good ripper.

now for the questions: It is against the rules here to rip shows and post Download links?

number 2: Does any one have a ripper like a cracked version of cucusoft; mainly just a dvd to mp4 ripper without a watermark on the output.

I know there used to be a download section, but i cant use it anymore.
