Sync Issues

Hi All, I just bought a new Zune

Got it home and have never been able to Sync it

, I'd appreciate any ideas. I've taken the software off the computer and reinstalled and nothing

Any ideas??? Help.

When you connect your Zune to your computer, what happens? Are you trying to wirelessly sync?

You installed the zune software? It should work =/
Connect ur zune to the computer then Open the zune program and click on Device near the top, does it show ur zune is connected?
