Default Couple of newbie questions...

So I won this Zune, and I'm still debating whether to open it, sell/gift it or keep it as a standby in case my Zen fails.

Just had a couple of questions about it:

Does it support gapless playback? If so, I might open it right now and replace my Zen with it (gapless playback is the only thing that keeps the Zen from being perfect, IMHO.)

What video formats does it support? DIVX?

Does it do organizer data? Contacts, calendar and to-do list?

Can I play my existing PlaysForSure tunes on it? I heard that was possible, but I'm not sure. If it isn't possible, that's pretty much a deal-killer right there.

And finally, does it have a decent Podcasting implementation?

Ta much.

Not sure what you mean by gapless playback. If you mean how long does it take to change between songs, thats about 1-2 seconds.

WMV. No DIVX. Just use one of the converters in our convertes section to convert any divx videos.

No calendar or todo list, but you can use zContact, for contacts.

No

You can use juice

Just use a DRM stripper to make your music work with the zune.

Lack of built-in podcast support and lack of PFS support really make me pause. I'm not interested in stripping the DRM to get tracks to work, not when I already have a perfectly serviceable player they work with.

I'll have to think about it some more.

Thanks.

Personally i would sell it now and use the money towards the ZUNE 2.0.

It is if you have a cable to hook your zune up to a tv.
