What rules are there for shoutbox?

As long as it's not obnoxious I think it would be ok, depending on how big it is it would probably go away fast anyways the next few times someone posts. I can't really say though because I'm not really a rule enforcer person.

I'm sure someone will be able to see it, I don't see why that would be a big deal besides making people blind.

Edit: Actually after seeing this "invisible text" I don't think you should do it because it can't be read. Not sure if it's against any rules, but it is incredibly annoying heh.

basically there's one rule, don't be annoying.

Shouts will be deleted if they are spammy. If a mod tells you something listen. If you persist you will get a temporary ban.
