i have been noticing alot of people with the title of support team. what do you have to do be part of that. I know alot about computers and the zune, and i think i can be of help.

You go to the group memberships section in your user cp and select the help and support tema to join. You have to have approval from the leader, though, so you gotta post why you want to join.

I just want to emphasize what Chris(z)tian said. It is important to be active and post a lot, but please don't spam just to get to 175. Dizzy will notice if your posting just to spam, so make sure to have meaningful posts. it's ok to post a lot(like chri(z)tian) just make sure they aren't just spam posts.(which his aren't). And GL

That's my cue!

Being on support team is like a promise to do what you can do help people work through their Zune problems (or tech/hack) and get down to business.

Upon application, I'll look at your recent posts to see if you've got any experience. We want dedicated people. It's pretty exclusive, but I'd like to think that once you get in, you're treated pretty well

Select "user cp" and from that menu, look on the left and find "group memberships" Select that, and apply their by selecting the group you wish to join and the reason you think you should be accepted.

there's no set number, just post and be helpful and Dizzy will decide when he thinks you're good. Apply when you think you're ready.

Yeah post in general don't really matter. But meaning full helpful posts that aren't spam in the help forums count. I had a good 30-40 posts in the help forums before I applied for Support team if that helps. I also had a good(alot) number of posts outside of the help forums, which showed that I'm active and dedicated to the forums. So in other words just post more in the help forums, and post as you normally would in other parts of the forums as well. Not much I can really say besides "post more in help forums". But it's true... post more in the help forums and when you feel ready, pm Dizzy with your application/request to join.

Edit: Oh yah when I pmed Dizzy my "application". I wrote about 3-4 paragraphs explaining why I wanted to join and what I could do for the forums and support team if that helps. Might boost your chances to join when you send in your request. Just a suggestion...
