It shows how much people like you or have found you helpful at the bottom of the directory you can see people with the best rep

It's something fun to do. And helps people like me not creep other people on AIM by showing extensive/dangerous signs of affection for doing things like uploading the Halo 3 Soundtrack(back when this place had warez).
