Okay, found a fix.
Everyone who can NOT view the shoutbox follow the instructions: 1. Go to "Edit Option" here. 2. Go towards the bottom of the page and set "Display Shoutbox" to yes. You should be able to see the shoutbox now.

Ever since Zunecentive was launched, a lot of weird things have been happening. However, I believe that this is not the first time the Chatbox has been disappearing for some users. Hopefully, it'll settle down.

thanks, it seems when you add a new theme, it randomly screws with that option, because i remember hearing the same thing when you added zb 3.0 beta

Wow, this stuff usually happens to me and its not! The only thing is quick edit(sorry if this has been said) when you click save freezes sometimes
