Cant see Tools Forum!!!?!?!?!??

Well i cant see tools forum.... i had an infraction which expired... Chiups asked me to post the problem here...

I can't either but I accepted it as it's under the same deal as most of the downloads. 50 posts 11+rep and 3 months being a member, although that's just what I think but I could be wrong.

Correct, except that only 10 rep. is required. Members here tend to be on the stingy side with reputation.
