[SOLVED] Not enough permissions?

Well when I try to access some parts of these boards I get a message saying...

Tobososlow, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

I mainly noticed this when trying to access threads in the Tools section and in the Movie Download sub-section. It's only started doing this for like the last week, or at least thats when I noticed it. Any help?

It may in fact be that you do not have enough 'permissions,' but that's only the result of a bigger problem.

You don't have enough posts and have been a member here less than two weeks.

Remain active, continue posting, and you'll have sufficient privileges.
