Price Drop for Xbox 360 Elite

Well today I went over to Target to check up on the 360's and stuff. I was planning on buying the 360 premium and the salesperson told me that tomorrow (9-8-07) the Xbox 360 Elite Will be dropping $100 dollars! The current price is $449.99 but it will be $349.99 tomorrow. Just wanted to tell those who don't know and want to get a xbox 360. Think I'm getting myself one of those tomorrow XD.

Update:HMMMMMMMMMMMM...I went over target today and guess what...the prices didn't drop at all....the advertisement that the salesperson lady read was misleading....It said 'price cut' $449.99 and at the bottom it said $349.99 (it was talking about the 360 premium).....So yeah, she messed up but then the ad was misleading..But o well I bought my xbox 360 premium today and I get 6 dollars off the next purchase of a game since it was a mistake...=(

Yeah, I think so. Office Depot was doing it in this article that dragod posted in my thread 'xbox 360'. I am not sure if it's just for the Elite, I'll tell you tomorrow when if i have a chance to buy it. But I'm pretty sure it is going down too.

Are the xbox's being sold now fixed from those notorious "red light" errors? I heard the failure rate was really high...

I believe so. And Microsoft just allocated a huge sum of money to fix defective units...I'm glad 'cause come Sept 25th, I WILL have one...
