What is your favorite Console?

So what is everybodies favorite console(s)? And Why?

Personally I like the NES (yes the original NES). There is just something about it that I really like...but I can't explain it.

I also like the Sega Genesis (again there is just something about it that i really like but can't explain).

I liekd the Sega Genesis as well. I remember playing Contra on it quite a lot. I wish I still had the console.
It's the nostalgia factor that makes the older consoles fun. The new ones are nice and all, but nothing will replace playing Contra with horrible graphics.

Can't you just play it on like an Emulator or something, i remember playing N64 alot but even though its not all and it says favorite console it would definetly have to be Ps2

Mine has to be the PS2 or PC as i have barely played with many consoles over the years. I'm interested in getting a PS3 when they come out though.

If I had to pick one, my favorite system would have to be the PS2. I've just played it for the longest amount of time and love the games the most. While X-Box and stuff might have better graphics, blah blah blah, I love PS2 better. And PS3 will blow every system out of the water for sure.

I was never able to get a console. I just used my old PC as a console. I would like to get one in the future, but I cannot have the time to play since I have a lot of projects to work on.

pc is good because it can almost emulate anything but still nes rules
